We are now taking reservations for Winter, Spring and Summer 2009. In season rate (Dec. 15 thru April 15) is US$1500/week plus Montserrat tax. Out of season is US$1000/week plus tax, with a one week minimum stay.
We require a 50% deposit at the time that your booking request is confirmed. This can be paid to our contact in Montserrat (Tradewinds Real Estate) using a major credit card. Cancellations will result in a loss of the deposit unless we can rebook your time slot.
